Since I was out of town during the preparation and sell of my home, I knew I could rely on her to follow up with painters, cleaning personnel, etc. She is extremely dependable, honest and trustworthy. She provided excellent information/resources to best prepare my home for the current market and as a result I received multiple offers over asking price for my home. She was always responsive to questions and willing to explain the real estate process. You will not regret using Nichelle as your realtor. "Nichelle was Awesome"
Nichelle was awesome. She took the worry out of selling my home. After my initial walk through with Nichelle, she was confident that we would have multiple offers within a week and she was right. After three days of showings, we received multiple offers and my house was taken off the market. I wasn't prepared to deal with how fast things moved but because of Nichelle's professionalism and ability to get things done, I had no worries. She let me know when documents needed to be signed, when I needed to sign them, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process.
